About Me
Hi, I'm Mark. I help purpose-driven organizations design cultures where people thrive.
My work combines organizational psychology, narrative strategy, and two decades of experience leading teams through change. I’ve worked with technology companies, nonprofits, and mission-driven businesses to improve retention, strengthen culture, and align leadership.
Before I founded Designing Impossible, I spent years performing as a professional mentalist—creating moments of perception and belief that reshaped how people saw themselves and the world. That work taught me what psychology later confirmed: the stories we believe shape everything, from how we lead to how we work.
I hold a Masters in Organizational Psychology and am a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and the American Psychological Association (APA).
Today, I consult, speak, teach, and write to help teams reconnect with purpose and build something better together.

My keynotes are built to move minds. I bring energy, clarity, and insight to help teams shift how they lead, collaborate, and grow.

Workshops
I lead sessions that help teams navigate change, strengthen trust, and build the skills they need to thrive in complexity
